Richard Church is the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer at Parkview Health, a multi-state health system based in Indiana and serves as a non-lawyer strategic advisor to Health Law Strategists’ clients.  Rich has worked extensively in structuring transactions and innovative business models with both for profit and nonprofit health systems, disruptors, startups, and service providers into the healthcare ecosystem.

Prior to joining Parkview Health in 2022, Rich spent more than 20 years as a health care transactional and regulatory lawyer with a leading global law firm, including leading their global healthcare and FDA practice for a decade.  Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Calvin College, a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, and a Master of Arts and a PhD from Duke University in religion, with a specialization in theological ethics.  He is the author of one book and numerous articles across many disciplines including medical and legal ethics and healthcare law.
